We Can Train Any Dog!
What will my puppy learn? Your puppy will learn sit, down, sit-stay, down-stay, come, walking on a loose leash, leave it, settle, wait, and stand. We will also throw in some tricks to make sure your puppy has fun and keeps you entertained. At PAC you pay for training by the session. You can schedule one office visit to go ver crate training/potty training/puppy behaviors or plan on doing a series to learn all of the basics. Although most dog training facilities work with puppies in a group setting, during the learning phase of training, it is crucial for a puppy to work in an environment with minimal distractions and the complete focus of the dog trainer. In training classes, it is typical for a group of 6 to produce 2 well trained dogs and 4 dogs who either don’t finish, or don’t leave the classes well trained. Don’t let your puppy get left behind. We can offer you and your pup the one on one time that she will need to come out of puppy class both well trained and socialized. Because we only offer private sessions for puppy training, it is important for your pup to participate in our daycare program at least one day a week during this critical time to achieve adequate socialization. A full day of interaction with other puppies and adults on a weekly basis will reap much stronger benefits than 1 hour a week in a puppy class. Your puppy will learn proper play behavior, clear communication with other dogs, how to set and read boundaries, and many other skills that can only be learned from other well socialized dogs. Your puppy will be closely monitored by one of our PAC leaders throughout the day to ensure that a safe and positive experience is had by all.
